农村土地制度改革与农村经济发展研究()

摘要:: 随着社会的发展，我国土地被大量的占用，据调查：2015 年全国耕地面积20.25 亿亩，一年内净减少99 万亩，人均耕地面积1.5 亩，不到世界水平一半。改革开放，实行承包责任制，让农民产生了较高的热情，进而促进了生产力发展，该制度的实行提高了我国经济发展，但随着时代的发展，该制度已经在一定程度上，制约了我国经济发展，需要我们进行重新审视其社会地位。
