摘要:: 马铃薯在我国众多的农作物中属于种植范围比较大的农作物，因其营养丰富、制作简单多样，深受市场欢迎，所以能够获得较好的经济效益。但是马铃薯质量的优劣对于之后的栽培、收获、贮藏都有不同程度的影响。日常实际生产中，多种环境因素都会影响马铃薯的产量及栽培，所以本文从几个方面进行简单的论述，供参考。

Abstract:: potato grows in many crops in our country belongs to the scope of larger crops, because of its rich nutrition, make simple variety, welcome by the market, so can obtain good economic benefit. However, the quality of potato has different effects on cultivation, harvest and storage. In daily practice, the production and cultivation of potato can be affected by various environmental factors, so this paper makes a brief discussion from several aspects for reference.
