摘要:: 随着国际贸易的日益迅猛发展，以“单证相符，单单相符”为付款条件的信用证正不断走向异化，单证提交要求日益苛刻，且衍生了诸多风险。本文详细分析了出口企业采用信用证结算潜在的主要问题，并提出了相应的防范措施。

Abstract:: with the increasingly rapid development of international trade, with "documents conform to, just match" for the payment terms of l/c is to alienation, documents submitted to the increasingly demanding, and derived a lot of risks. This paper analyzes the main potential problems of using l/c for export enterprises and puts forward some countermeasures.
