摘要:
为了使汽车维修服务更加规范化，做好汽车维修企业的服务质量控制。企业切实落实国家相关的标准规范，谁来企业维修质量管理机构，明确各个环节的质量控制责任。维修技术是保证维修质量的关键，企业要创新方法，引进先进的维修设备的 技术，时常组织学习，并对每一个技术细节进行把关。在维修的预约阶段以及交车以后，要做好信息的采集与反馈工作，帮助企业提高服务水平。在维修的过程中，也要不断加强管理，保证每一个维修阶段的执行扎实可靠。
