虽然近几年我国提高了对乡镇水利站的建设管理的重视程度，但不少缺陷问题仍然存在，例如管理体制不完善、队伍
建设滞后以及资金投入欠缺等等，这些长期以来的诟病严重阻碍了乡镇水利事业的发展，进而也对我国的整个水利事业带来不
利影响。本文将对现今乡镇水利站建设管理中存在的问题进行分析，并提出相应的整改措施。

long criticized severely hindered the development of township and village water conservancy undertakings, and also bring adverse effect
to the water conservancy in China. This paper will analyze the existing problems in the construction management of township water con?
servancy stations and put forward corresponding rectification measures.
