摘要:: 现代农业产业体系的良性发展需要农产品供应链的优化，知识共享是促进农产品供应链优化的重要途径。通过文献回顾，分析影响农产品供应链知识共享的影响因素，进而提出建立多元化的激励模式、做好必要的环境和制度保障等方面完善农产品供应链知识共享的激励机制的对策建议。

Abstract:: The benign development of modern agricultural industrial system needs the optimization of agricultural supply chain, and knowledge sharing is an important way to promote the optimization of ag? ricultural supply chain. Through literature review, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of knowl? edge sharing in the supply chain of agricultural products, and then puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions on establishing diversified incentive mode, improving the incentive mechanism of knowledge sharing in the supply chain of agricultural products in terms of necessary environment and in? stitutional guarantee.
