摘要:
国际上存在着各种有关知识产权的约定协议，同时包括学者对知识产权的申报和保 护，对知识产权的重视引起了企业知识产权的保护。通过分析知识产权管理体系的特征，本文阐 述“知识产权约定协议保护”的定义和研究意义，同时也能够帮助中国企业在知识产权保护方面 做出有利探索，并增大知识产权保护范围，同时在专利保护时间范围内保证商标的价值。
Abstract:
There are various international agreements on intellectual property rights, including the dec? laration and protection of intellectual property rights by scholars. The emphasis on intellectual property rights has caused the protection of intellectual property rights of enterprises. Through the analysis of the characteristics of intellectual property management system, this paper expounds the definition and re? search significance of "agreement protection of intellectual property rights". At the same time, it can al? so help Chinese enterprises to make beneficial exploration in intellectual property protection, and in? crease the scope of intellectual property protection, while ensuring the value of trademarks within the time limit of patent protection.
