沙门菌临床检验中全面生化反应和血清学的应用分析-《现代农业研究》

摘要:: 目的：分析沙门菌临床检验中全面生化反应和血清学的应用效果。方法：选取我院 2013 年1 月至2015 年1 月收治的肠热症患者作为研究对象，并随机分为对照组和观察组各60 例；对照组采用常规检验对所采集的样本进行沙门菌检测，观察组应用全面生化反应和血清学检验对所采集的样本进行沙门菌检测；比较两组患者的沙门菌检测结果。结果：观察组的有效率为 95%，明显高于对照组的73.3%，两组比较具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：临床应用全面生化反应和血清学检验对沙门菌进行检测，其准确性明显好于常规检验方法，应值得应用及推广。

Abstract:: Objective: to analyze the application effect of comprehensive biochemical reaction and serol? ogy in clinical examination of Salmonella.Results: The effective rate of the observation group was 95%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (73.3%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The clinical application of comprehensive biochemical reaction and serological test for Salmonella detection, its accuracy is obviously better than the conventional test method, should be applied and popularized.
