罗马法诞生于公元前3 世纪，时至今日，罗马法虽然已经被时代所遗忘，但它作为法律
发展的历史具有重要的意义，它也是现代民法三大历史渊源中最重要的一个。因此，着重以罗马
法的借鉴意义为视角，以罗马法的精神内涵为主要视角进行论述，最终提出罗马法对我国的借鉴
意义。

Roman law was born in the 3rd century BC Today,Roman law itself is long gone,but it has
been an important one.Therefore,the author of reference in the Roman law of the spiritual content,and
ultimately Roman law made reference to China.
