摘要:
为给连翘种质资源评价及其有效成分的开发利用提供参考依据。对3 种不同果实表面 斑点占比果型连翘植株（共40 株）果实形态参数，青翘内连翘苷、连翘酯苷A 检测和分析。测定 结果表明，斑点占比居中的有效成分含量高于其他两类。育种可以优先考虑斑点居中种源。
Abstract:
To provide reference for the germplasm resources evaluation of forsythia forsythia and the development and utilization of its effective components.The fruit morphology parameters of three dif? ferent fruit types of forsythia plants (A total of 40) were tested and analyzed，Detection and analysis of forsythin and Forsythiasid A.The results showed that the content of effective components in the speckle fraction was higher than the other two types.The spot centered provenance can be given prior? ity in breeding.
