摘要:
新媒体的兴起为高校辅导员队伍建设创造了新的环境，作为高校思想政治教育的一线 组织人员，辅导员在引导大学生树立正确的思想政治观念、促进学生全面成长方面承担着重大 职责。新媒体环境下，必须打造一支优质高效的专业辅导员队伍，从而提升当代大学生的培养 质量。本文主要就新媒体环境下高校辅导员队伍建设的环境因素进行分析。
Abstract:
The rise of new media has created a new environment for the construction of college counsel? ors. As a front-line organization of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, coun? selors are guiding college students to establish correct ideological and political concepts. It is a major re? sponsibility to promote the overall growth of students. Under the new media environment, we must build a team of high quality and efficient professional counselors to improve the training quality of contempo? rary college students. This paper mainly analyzes the environmental factors of college counselors' team construction under the new media environment.
