摘要:: 随着社会的发展，各区域发展的竞争逐渐演变为人才的竞争，中小城市在高层次人才引进中存在着数量不足、结构不合理、吸附能力弱、政策扶持力度不够等问题，本文针对邢台市招才引智中存在的问题进行了深入的剖析，探索性提出了招才引智几种模式，为邢台市高层次人才引进提供参考。

Abstract:: With the development of society，The competition of regional development has gradually evolved into the competition of talents。There are some problems in the introduction of high-level tal? ents in small and medium-sized cities, such as insufficient quantity, unreasonable structure, weak ad? sorption capacity and insufficient policy support. In this paper, the problems existing in recruiting tal? ents and introducing talents in Xingtai City are analyzed in depth, and several modes of recruiting tal? ents and introducing talents are put forward exploratively, which can provide reference for the introduc? tion of high-level talents in Xingtai City.
