摘要:
现阶段，在我国社会快速发展和进步的过程中，国家的经济和科技水平得到了良好的 发展，在这样的背景下，越来越多的人开始意识到校园工作的重要性，因为教育是人才培养的基 础，所以高校各项工作开展情况，成为社会人才培养质量的关键因素。本文就是针对高校后勤 人资管理的相关工作开展情况进行研究，希望其工作能够符合社会经济发展现状，适应社会的 变革，以此为高校育人提供基础支持。精细化管理理念在其中的应用，能够有效提高后勤人资 工作的质量，在最大程度上减少成本和资源消耗，所以其属于一种先进管理理念，能够为高校后 勤的人资工作开展提供最为基础的保障。
Abstract:
At present, in the process of rapid development and progress of our society, the national lev? el of economy and science and technology has been well developed. Under this background, more and more people begin to realize the importance of campus work. Because education is the foundation of tal? ent training, the development of all kinds of work in colleges and universities becomes the key factor of the quality of social talent training. This paper is to carry out research on the related work of logistics personnel management in colleges and universities, hoping that its work can accord with the current sit? uation of social and economic development and adapt to the changes of society, so as to provide the ba? sic support for the education of colleges and universities. The application of refined management con? cept in it can be effective. In order to improve the quality of logistics personnel work and reduce the cost and resource consumption to a maximum extent, it belongs to a kind of advanced management con? cept, which can provide the most basic guarantee for the development of human resources work in uni? versity logistics.
