摘要:
当前，中国从“制造大国”迈向“制造强国”，呼唤“工匠精神”的传承与创新，但如今高职 院校面临学校形象与学生学习的内容衔接出现偏差，‘工匠精神’理念缺失等问题。基于知信行 模式理论，在改进高校问题的措施上分别从师资队伍的建设、构建完整的课程体系、引导工匠精 神的核心价值观出发，打造和谐的校园文化氛围，共同推动‘工匠精神’的传播。
Abstract:
At present, China has gone from a "manufacturing country" to a "manufacturing power", call? ing for the inheritance and innovation of the "craftsman spirit", but now higher vocational colleges are facing the deviation between the image of the school and the content of students' study. The lack of the idea of 'craftsman spirit' and so on. Based on the theory of knowledge, faith and action, the measures to improve college problems are to construct a complete curriculum system, guide the core values of crafts? man spirit, and create a harmonious campus culture atmosphere in terms of the construction of teaching staff, the construction of a complete curriculum system, and the construction of a harmonious campus cul? ture atmosphere. Work together to promote the spread of the spirit of craftsmanship.
