摘要:
在侦查阶段，仍存在侵害被追诉人人权的现象，基于此加强被追诉人的人权保障便十 分必要。本文从人权保障理论，司法实践中问题及解决之对策等方面加以论证侦查程序中人权 保障问题。
Abstract:
At the stage of investigation, there is still a phenomenon of infringement on the human rights of the accused. It is necessary to strengthen the protection of the human rights of the accused. This arti? cle demonstrates the problem of human rights protection in the investigation procedure from the aspects of human rights protection theory, problems in judicial practice and countermeasures.
