摘要:: 在我国，各类极端天气的出现是十分频繁的。随着人们生活水平的不断提高，人们对于天气预报质量和速度的要求也在不断提高。在这种情况之下，我们的暴雨预警产业就开始蓬勃的发展了。在这个发展的过程当中，实际上有着不少的阻碍，我们下文中所要主要探讨的暴雨的预警信息解读问题就是一个不小的阻碍。众所周知，暴雨往往会带来不小的经济损失的。如果由于信息解读的失误而影响到了各项生产的正常开展和人民的正常生活有可能会带来和巨大的损失。因此，我们必须要减少暴雨的警示信息解读所带来的负面影响，从而保证人民生命财产的安全。

Abstract:: In China, all kinds of extreme weather is very frequent. With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, people's requirements for the quality and speed of weather forecast are also increasing. In this case, our storm warning industry began to flourish. In this process of development, there are actually a lot of obstacles, we will mainly discuss the rain warning information interpretation is a big obstacle. As we all know, heavy rains often cause considerable economic losses. If the error of in? formation interpretation affects the normal development of production and the normal life of the people, it may bring huge losses. Therefore, we must reduce the negative impact of rainstorm warning informa? tion interpretation, so as to ensure the safety of people's lives and property.
