摘要:: 本文通过市场波动背景下农业文化遗产发展现状调查与研究，以促进银杏经济发展、促进银杏文化传承、银杏生态保护和银杏生态旅游可持续发展为目的，以中国重要农业文化遗产——“泰兴银杏栽培系统”为案例，分析研究泰兴银杏独特的栽培及加工特性、银杏经济的现状及政府发展银杏产业的相关措施，并针对存在问题提出具有实际参考价值的意见的建议。

Abstract:: Through the investigation and research on the present situation of agricultural cultural heri? tage development under the background of market fluctuation, in order to promote the economic develop? ment of Ginkgo biloba, promote the cultural inheritance of Ginkgo biloba, ecological protection of Ginkgo biloba and the sustainable development of ecotourism of Ginkgo biloba, taking Taixing Ginkgo biloba cul? tivation system, which is an important agricultural cultural heritage in China, as a case study, this paper analyzes and studies the unique cultivation and processing characteristics of Ginkgo biloba in Taixing. The present situation of ginkgo economy and the relevant measures for the government to develop ginkgo industry, put forward some suggestions with practical reference value in view of the existing problems.
