摘要:
猴头菇食用价值和药用价值得到了更大人们的认可，目前我国一些地区针对猴头菇的 栽培技术不断提高而且栽培规模也逐步扩大。为了更好的适应市场的需要不断提高产品的价 值和生产者的经济效益，同时提高猴头菇栽培的品质，文章通过介绍猴头菇无公害的栽培技术， 通过对猴头菇栽培技术要点、养菇、出菇管理等方面分析，从而为农民的栽培高品质无公害猴头 菇提供一定的技术参考。
Abstract:
Hericium edible value and medicinal value has received recognition more adults, at pres? ent our country some areas for hericium cultivation technology and constantly improve the cultivation scale also gradually expanding. In order to better meet the needs of the market continuously improve product value and the economic benefits of producer, at the same time improve the quality of herici? um cultivation in this paper, through the introduction of hericium pollution- free cultivation tech? niques, the main technical points of hericium cultivation, mushroom, the mushroom management anal? ysis, to the farmer's cultivation high quality pollution-free hericium provide certain technical refer? ence.
