摘要:
新时期高校思想政治教育工作面临着更大的挑战，从现实来看，依靠思想政治教育来影响教 育者远远不够。同时，应该植入行政管理。行政管理是“刚”，思想政治教育是“柔”，刚柔并济，两者只 有相互结合，才能发挥出更大的作用。本文主要从高校思想政治教育工作与行政管理工作相结合的 角度出发，分析了高校思想政治教育工作与行政管理工作的内涵，出现的问题，同时对影响的现实因 素比如三农问题进行探讨，并进一步给出了解决方案或意见来实现对两者之间的更深刻的理解。
Abstract:
The work of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era is fac? ing greater challenges. In reality, it is far from enough to rely on ideological and political education to influ? ence educators. At the same time, administrative management should be implanted. Administrative manage? ment is "just", ideological and political education is "soft", firm and soft, both of them can play a greater role only by combining each other. This article mainly from the ideological and political education work combined with administrative management perspective, analyzes the ideological and political education work and the connotation of the administrative work, the problems, and discusses the factors affecting the reality such as agriculture, rural areas and farmers problems, and further presents the solution or advice to the deeper under? standing between the two.
