摘要:
财政体制改革对于国内经济持续稳定发展发挥着积极的作用，很大程度上推动了地方经济 建设。近几年来，党中央以及财务部等部门深入推进财政体制改革，重点推进税制改革，优化政府间 的事权与财权划分，发挥了发挥中央和地方两个积极性。本文主要对财政体制改革，对农业及农村经 济的影响进行了分析，并探讨了财政体制改革背景下促进农业及农村经济发展的策略。
Abstract:
Since the reform of China's economic system, the distribution pattern of financial resources among governments has been constantly adjusted, and the financial distribution system between the central and lo? cal governments has been constantly changing, the reform of the financial system plays a positive role in the sustainable and stable development of the domestic economy, and promotes the local economic construction to a great extent. In recent years, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the Min? istry of Finance and other departments have pushed forward the reform of the financial system, especially the reform of the tax system. This paper mainly analyzes the financial system reform, the impact on agriculture and Rural Economy, and discusses the strategy to promote the development of agriculture and rural economy under the background of financial system reform.
