摘要:
业扶贫工作是党中央扶持农业发展的重要举措，国家为此投入巨大财力、物力，但是在农业 扶贫工作中，不少扶贫领导和工作人员利用自己身处扶贫岗位的便利地位谋取私利，构成贪污罪与职 务类犯罪。对于该种现象，不仅要从多方面分析此类案件的特点、发生的原因，还要结合实际，多角度 的提出解决措施以便使国家农业扶贫政策能落实到实处。
Abstract:
Agricultural poverty alleviation work is an important measure for the party Central Committee to support agricultural development, and the state has invested huge financial and material resources for this purpose. However, in agricultural poverty alleviation work, many poverty alleviation leaders and staff mem? bers use their convenient position in poverty alleviation posts to seek personal gain, which constitutes corrup? tion crime and duty-like crime. For this phenomenon, we should not only analyze the characteristics and causes of such cases from many aspects, but also but also put forward the solution measures from various an? gles in order to make the national agricultural poverty alleviation policy put into practice.
