摘要:: 林业发展过程中，分析林业建设基础与运营经济建设体系标准，按照社会综合发展体系，不断提升经济发展的快速管理水平。按照经济建设体系的形式，分析林业经营发展变化，控制林业的综合建设发展流程，建立完善的森林病虫管理方式，提升林业的全面化发展，控制营林措施的病虫害建设，实现防治全面思路的提升。本文将针对营林措施的有效化管理办法进行分析，逐步细化病虫害的讨论标准，加强全面的协调与鉴定。

Abstract:: In the process of forestry development, the paper analyzes the standards of forestry construc? tion foundation and operation economic construction system, and continuously improves the rapid man? agement level of economic development according to the comprehensive social development system. Ac? cording to the system in the form of economic construction, analyses the forestry development and changes, control of forestry comprehensive construction development process, set up perfect way of for? est diseases and pests management, promote the comprehensive development of forestry, construction of managing methods of plant diseases and insect pests control, realize the comprehensive way of thinking to the prevention of ascension. In this paper, we will analyze the effective management methods of ying? lin measures, gradually refine the discussion criteria of diseases and pests, and strengthen the compre? hensive coordination and identification.
