摘要:
文章以高职院校现代学徒制人才培养为分析对象，首先对现代学徒制的概念以及特点 进行了介绍，接着分析了现代学徒制在落实过程中存在的问题，最后论述了推动高职院校现代学 徒制人才培养的一系列措施，以便可以更好的促进企业与学校之间的合作，做好人才的培育工 作。
Abstract:
The concept and characteristics of modern apprenticeships are introduced, and then analyzes the problems existing in the modern apprenticeship in the process of implementing, finally discusses the promoting modern apprenticeship training in higher vocational colleges, a series of measures, so as to better promote the cooperation between enterprises and schools, to do a good job of talent cultivation.
