systematization and normality. Through the establishment of scientific standard safety management sys?
tem, the process control should be strengthened, the safety evaluation should be emphasized, and the ef?
fectiveness of safety management should be continuously improved. At the same time, it is necessary to
strengthen the maintenance of cracks, leakage and slope protection to ensure that hydraulic buildings
can play their function effectively.
