摘要:
为了使大学生青年志愿者服务和团学工作得到更好的发展，本文从现状问题出发，并 对问题进行浅析，阐明问题存在的原因所在。基于对大学生参与青年志愿者服务的社会意义和 个人意义理解的前提下，对大学生青年志愿者服务提出几点建议。旨在对大学生的志愿服务建 设有所帮助，更好地实现大学生的全面发展。
Abstract:
In order to make the young students volunteer service and group study work get better devel? opment, this paper starts from the current situation, and analyzes the problems, elucidates the reasons for the problems. Based on the understanding of the social and personal significance of college students participating in youth volunteer service, some suggestions are put forward. The purpose is to help col? lege students 'voluntary service construction and better realize the all-round development of college stu? dents.
