摘要:
十九大报告会上明确提出中国特色社会主义进入新时代的重大政治论断。这一论断 的提出有助于全国人民不断向均衡化、充分化发展迈进，原因在于党和国家的工作重心发生了 转变，与此同时，在决胜全面建成小康社会的重要历史时期，乡村全面振兴就是党的工作的重中 之重，在这个乡村全面振兴的过程中，明确党的建设重要性就至关重要，本文基于社会主要矛盾 转化视角对党的建设重要性进行探究，力求更好的开展“三农”工作，推进“三农”事业的建设。
