摘要:
“乡村振兴”的理论框架是在党的十九大报告上提出的，乡村振兴战略是十九大报告中 提出的解决“三农”问题、全面激发农业农村发展活力的重要战略。本文根据农村的发展进程， 阐述了我国农村在不同时期所表现出的不同历史特点和农业策略，并结合新时期我国农村的发 展特点，提出了乡村振兴要因时制宜、因地制宜，多维度的探索模式来解决农业农村发展的问 题。
Abstract:
The theoretical framework of "rural revitalization" was put forward in the report of the 19th national congress of the communist party of China.According to the development process of rural areas, this paper expounds the different historical characteristics and agricultural strategies of rural areas in China in different periods, and combined with the development characteristics of rural areas in the new period, puts forward the multi-dimensional exploration mode of rural revitalization to solve the problems of agricultural and rural development.
