摘要:
事业单位是我国从事档案管理工作的重要单位，档案管理是事业单位最重要的工作内 容。我国在事业单位管理方面有着很早就很好的工作制度，这有一定的基础。然而，在新的时 代，档案管理制度的原有实施，很难适应当前形势变化的需要。但以往的管理工作方法和手段 仍沿用原有的模式，造成了许多问题，增加了当前档案管理的难度。本文针对当前档案管理中 存在的问题，提出了创新的档案管理工作思路，以供指导。
Abstract:
The public institution is our country is engaged in the archives management important unit, the archives management is the most important work content of the public institution. Our country has very early very good working system in respect of institution management, this has certain foundation. However, in the new era, the original implementation of archives management system, it is difficult to adapt to the needs of the current situation. However, the previous management methods and means still use the original model, causing many problems, increasing the difficulty of the current file management. In view of the problems existing in current archives management, this paper puts forward innovative ideas for archives management for guidance.
