摘要:: 随着市场经济的快速发展，我国大学生就业创业困难的问题日益突出。而农业现代化发展进程中人才短缺问题的出现，为大学生农村就业创业提供契机。本文分析大学生农村就业创业对农业现代化的促进作用，并提出具体的实现路径，以供参考。

Abstract:: With the rapid development of market economy, the problem of employment and entrepre? neurship of college students in China is becoming more and more prominent. The emergence of talent shortage in the process of agricultural modernization provides an opportunity for college students to start a business in rural employment. This paper analyzes the promoting effect of college students' rural employment and entrepreneurship on agricultural modernization, and puts forward the concrete realiza? tion path for reference.
