摘要:
本文以技术员队伍建设为切入点，结合山区烟叶的有关内容，阐述了山区烟叶技术员队伍建 设的重要性，分析了山区烟叶技术员队伍建设存在的问题，探讨了优化山区烟叶技术员队伍建设的策 略，以期为山区烟叶技术员队伍建设提供参考借鉴。
Abstract:
Based on the construction of technician team, combined with the relevant content of mountain to? bacco, this paper expounds the importance of the construction of mountain tobacco technician team, analyzes the problems existing in the construction of mountain tobacco technician team, and probes into the strategies for optimizing the construction of mountain tobacco technician team, in order to provide reference for the con? struction of mountain tobacco technician team.
