摘要:
湿地具有保持水源、净化水质、蓄洪防旱、调节气候和维护生物多样性等重要生态功能，被誉 为“地球之肾”。我国将其作为一项重要资源来进行保护，并且十分重视管理工作。近些年，我国出台 了多项关于湿地管理的政策，对这项工作起到了指导与规范的作用。但是，湿地仍然在不断受到破 坏，这需要全社会的关注与努力，才能防止这种情况继续加剧。
Abstract:
Wetland has important ecological functions, such as water conservation, water purification, flood storage and drought prevention, climate regulation and biodiversity maintenance. It is known as "the kidney of the earth". China regards it as an important resource to protect and attaches great importance to manage? ment. In recent years, China has issued a number of wetland management policies, which have played a guid? ing and normative role in this work. However, wetlands are still being destroyed, which requires the attention and efforts of the whole society to prevent the situation from worsening.
