摘要:
大学生返乡创业有助于大学生发挥自身才能，解决就业难题，实现自身价值，为乡村振兴提 供人才保障。当前大学生返乡创业存在融资难、创业经验不丰富、创业项目市场竞争力不强和供应 链、产业链不全等困境。国家和地方政府应当发展普惠金融，提供大学生返乡创业专项扶助资金。开 展大学生返乡创业教育和培训，完善农村供应链和产业链等基础设施，提高大学生创业成功率。
